Humane Society Silicon Valley is an independent, non-profit animal shelter that has been serving people and pets for 80 years. In April 2009, we moved from Santa Clara to our new Animal Community Center in Milpitas. We also operate a satellite adoption center in PETCO in the El Paseo Shopping Center in San Jose. Our new Animal Community Center is the first environmentally "green" certified animal facility in the country to offer an adoption program with a full spectrum of pet and community services: A Medical Center specializing in affordable spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping and testing services; A Dog Park; Doggie Daycare, Boarding, training and Grooming services provided through A DOG's LIFE; An Education Center with programs for children and teens; A Community Room that can be rented by groups for meetings; A Whole Pets store, and a Pet-Friendly Cafe. All proceeds from these services support our life saving work.

The Humane Society of Forsyth County in Cumming, Georgia is dedicated to preventing cruelty to, relieving the suffering of, and providing humane treatment for animals. We stand by the fact that we are one of a few NO-KILL shelters in this area. We are a volunteer organization interested in the rehoming or placement by adoption of abandoned cats, dogs, kittens and puppies within the Forsyth County area, Roswell, North Fulton, John's Creek, and Alpharetta areas. The Humane Society of Forsyth County is not funded by local or state government and operates on funding by donations, fundraisers and grants.

Safe Haven Rabbit Rescue, Inc. was founded in the spring of 2003 by a dedicated group of volunteers. Incorporated in the state of New Jersey, SHRR is a federally recognized, tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The main purposes of Safe Haven are:

• To rescue abandoned, stray or abused rabbits, and find permanent indoor homes for them with caring owners.
• To educate the public about the unique qualities of rabbits, and to educate rabbit owners and humane societies as to the care and maintenance of rabbits.
• To promote and raise awareness of rabbits as indoor companion pets.
