I am a SARA teacher in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area, where I share my home with my husband, 5 feline and 2 canine friends. As a “foster parent” for the local SPCA our house also provides a quiet place for shelter animals in need of a little break from what can sometimes be a hectic environment.
