Janet McKeehan-Medina has spent three decades dedicated to the well-being of children, families, and pet parents. With a deep-rooted love for the natural world, she currently specializes in providing compassionate support for those navigating animal grief and chronic illness. Throughout her life, Janet has had the privilege of sharing her home with a diverse family of companions, including cats, bunnies, rats, birds, and snakes.
An avid meditator since her teenage years, Janet seamlessly integrates mindfulness into her professional practice to help clients find groundedness and peace. Her commitment to animal welfare extends into her community, where she volunteers at a local shelter, offering meditation and Reiki to the animals there.
In her personal time, Janet finds joy in the simple pleasures of life: sharing tea and conversation with friends, wearing whimsical hats, writing poetry, and creating intricate mosaics.
