SARA Practitioner - Virginia
Angela Hart is a SARA Practitioner in Woodbridge, VA which is in the DC Metro Area. Although her Reiki journey, Usui Shiki Ryoho Levels 1 - III, focused on human treatments, Angela has always loved animals and knew that Animal Reiki was her destiny. As a child, Angela was always caring for wild animals and she began her collegiate journey in the pre-veterinary medicine program at Virginia Tech. She believes that Reiki is the most profoundly powerful way to benefit animals and compliment traditional medical treatments for the most effective healing and reduction in stress and anxiety. Angela has completed Kathleen Prasad's Let Animals Lead Level 1 training in addition to several other Animal Reiki trainings globally. Angela offers Reiki to all animals at shelters, sanctuaries, rehabilitation facilities, veterinary hospitals, boarding facilities, and zoos in addition to animals in homes living with their beloved people companions. She has offered Reiki to a wide variety of domesticated and wild animals, large and small, in addition to their human care providers. Angela offers both in-person and distance Reiki sessions. In addition to being a Reiki practitioner, Angela is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, Functional Aging Specialist, and Master Trainer for several movement and wellness certification organizations. Tiffany’s passion is to help animals and their people to “become their best selves” by becoming more balanced in body, mind, and spirit. She is a lifelong learner and has studied numerous healing modalities including meditation and breathwork, sound healing, animal massage, and most recently, helping animals to heal themselves through the self-selection of herbs and essential oils. She completed her Shinpiden and Animal Reiki Teacher training with Kathleen Prasad of Animal Reiki Source in 2017, later studying with Kathleen’s teacher, Frans Stiene, in order to receive the Shinpiden Level III Usui Reiki Ryoho initiation through the International House of Reiki that same year.
