Recently, at one of our monthly member meetings, SARA had the immense honor of hosting Thea Strom – Psychic Medium, Animal Communicator and Animal Reiki Teacher. Thea spoke on a topic that many of us struggle with: Boundaries. All of us in SARA are givers. Whether we are an organizational member, a supporter, a practitioner or a teacher member, we all are here to give back to others. But if we are constantly giving and never receiving, that creates imbalance and depletion.
In Thea’s talk to our members, she shared why it’s important to have boundaries when you offer Animal Reiki, why you should charge for your services, how real-world situations require us to charge, guidance to offering free services, and the ethics of charging for your services. With Thea’s guidance and sage advice, we believe you will find the strength to create healthy boundaries which in turn will help you to create a balanced happy life and a thriving successful career in Animal Reiki.
